These terms apply to use of this website. Project work is governed by the separate agreement signed before work begins, which takes precedence over anything here.

Website content

The content on this site is provided for information. We try to keep it accurate but we do not guarantee that everything is current, particularly pricing, which is indicative until quoted.

Intellectual property

The design, code and written content of this website belong to Sarquist Media unless stated otherwise. Client names and logos remain the property of their owners and appear with permission.

Project terms

Payment schedules, scope, revision counts, intellectual property transfer and cancellation terms are set out in each project agreement. On full payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, our liability in relation to this website is limited to the extent permitted by law.
