Commercial terms

Nothing hidden in the contract

  • Project payments Fifty per cent deposit to secure the start date, balance due on completion before launch. Builds over £2,000 can be split across three instalments.
  • Monthly services Three month minimum term, then rolling monthly. Billed in advance on the first working day of each month. Cancel with thirty days written notice.
  • Advertising budget Paid by you directly to Google, Meta or TikTok. Management fees are separate and we take no commission on your spend.
  • Not included Hosting, domains, platform subscriptions, premium themes, paid apps, stock photography and third party licences. We will recommend options and you buy them in your own name.
  • Revisions Two rounds of revisions per design stage are included. Further rounds or changes to an agreed scope are quoted before any work starts.
  • Content Copy and images can be supplied by you or written and sourced by us. Copywriting starts at £149 per page and product descriptions at £12 each.

Prices are valid until 31 December 2026 and are superseded by any written quotation. All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT where it applies.
