Process

From first call to live site, in the open

You will always know what stage the project is at, what is blocking it and what is coming next. Here is exactly how a build runs.

  1. Stage 1

    Discovery call

Thirty minutes on your goals, current numbers and constraints. You leave with an honest view of what your budget can achieve.

    Step 01
  2. Stage 2

    Proposal and scope

A fixed quote, a deliverables list and a timeline. Fifty per cent deposit to book the slot, balance on completion.

    Step 02
  3. Stage 3

    Build and launch

Weekly progress updates on a staging link. Nothing goes live until you have signed it off.

    Step 03
  4. Stage 4

    Grow and report

Support, optimisation and monthly reporting, on a rolling monthly plan you can pause or cancel with thirty days notice.

    Step 04

Detail

The parts people ask about

What a fixed price actually means

It means the number in the proposal is the number on the invoice, provided the scope in the proposal is the scope we build. If you want something added mid project, we quote it before doing it and you decide. Nothing gets added quietly and billed later.

How feedback works

Feedback is collected in one round per stage. That is not us being difficult, it is the single biggest factor in whether a project finishes on time. Comments arriving in three batches over two weeks turns a two day revision into a fortnight.

What happens if something slips

You hear about it the week it happens, in the written update, with a revised date. Projects slip sometimes. Finding out about it at the end is the part that damages trust.

After launch

Thirty days of support is included with every build for anything that is not working as specified. After that, most clients move onto a maintenance plan. You are not obliged to, and the site is fully yours either way.

Working with us

What we need from you

Projects run late for one reason more than any other: feedback stalls. Three things keep it moving.

  • One decision makerSomeone who can approve without a committee round trip.
  • Content earlyReal copy and real images beat placeholder text every time.
  • Feedback in one passCollected in a single round rather than trickled over two weeks.
  • Access up frontDomain, hosting and analytics logins on day one.

Next step

Tell us what the site has to do. We will tell you how to get there.

Book a thirty minute discovery call and you will leave with a clear view of the right first move, whether or not you work with us. If the fit is good, expect a fixed written quote within two working days.

  • Published prices, so you can budget before you call
  • Fixed scope agreed in writing before anything starts
  • You own the code, the accounts and the audiences
  • Cancel any monthly plan with thirty days notice
