Who we are

A small team that ships

Sarquist Media builds websites and runs the marketing that fills them. We are deliberately small: the people you meet in the first call are the people who do the work, and there is no account manager relaying messages between you and a developer.

Why we work the way we do

Most agency frustration comes from the same few places. Scope that moves without a conversation. Invoices that arrive with surprises on them. Nobody able to say what stage the project is at. Work handed down to whoever is cheapest and free.

We structure around avoiding those. Fixed scope and fixed price after a proper scoping call. A named contact who is doing the work rather than reporting on it. A weekly written update whether there is good news in it or not.

Build and growth in the same conversation

Websites and marketing are usually bought separately and then blamed on each other when the numbers disappoint. Running both means the landing page and the campaign are designed together, and the tracking is set up once by people who understand both sides of it.

What we will not do

We will not take a project we do not think we are the right fit for, and we will say so on the first call rather than three weeks in. We will not put junior people on senior work. We will not report on metrics that flatter us instead of answering the question you asked.

How we operate

Four rules we do not bend

These exist because we have watched projects go wrong without them.

01

Fixed scope, fixed price

You approve a written scope before work begins. The price on the quote is the price you pay, and anything additional is agreed in writing first.

02

Built to be fast

Speed is a commercial metric, not a technical one. Every site we ship is tested on mobile and tuned for Core Web Vitals before handover.

03

You own everything

Accounts, code, ad assets and audiences stay in your name. If you ever leave, you take the whole operation with you.

04

Reporting you can read

One monthly report per channel showing spend, results and the next three actions. No dashboards nobody opens.

Next step

Tell us what the site has to do. We will tell you how to get there.

Book a thirty minute discovery call and you will leave with a clear view of the right first move, whether or not you work with us. If the fit is good, expect a fixed written quote within two working days.

  • Published prices, so you can budget before you call
  • Fixed scope agreed in writing before anything starts
  • You own the code, the accounts and the audiences
